You may be feeling overwhelmed and struggling to hold it all together or quietly suffering but only surviving by pretending to the world you are OK. If this sounds like you, please know that recovery and a better future are possible. Reaching out for support is the first step towards the life you want to live.
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, registered with both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). Alongside my therapeutic work, I bring over 30 years of professional experience across education, safeguarding and mental health services.
In my private practice, I work with teenage and adult clients, offering a safe and supportive space to explore a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and the impact of past experiences. Within this work I utilise somatic practices, mindfulness and breathwork to enhance wellbeing.

My approach is Person-centred, which means that the work is led by you, meets your individual needs and is focused on the issues you choose to bring to counselling.
Within counselling sessions I help you to understand what you are feeling and why, to process the things that have happened to you and support you to make any changes that you might wish to make in your life.
My private practice runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday and is based in Ashford.
I also offer online sessions via Zoom.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are held on a weekly basis.
Fees are £55 per 50 minute session, payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.
I also offer an free initial consultation via Zoom which lasts approximately 15 minutes.
If you would like to book an initial session or ask me anything, please reach out via phone or email.
