Coaching focuses on where are you today and where do you want to be in the future. It provides a confidential space to explore your goals, what is getting in the way of achieving these and what options you have for moving forward. Together we can find a path to success that feels right for you.
Having qualified as a teacher in 1992, I spent the first 30 years of my career working in education, in a variety of settings including schools, colleges, higher education and local government. I have subsequently worked in the charity sector, managing a team of practitioners and providing in-house life coaching to staff across the organisation.
Drawing on my diverse background as a manager, trainer, consultant and life coach, I have significant experience of empowering individuals to accelerate their professional development, launch their own businesses and build thriving private practices.
I am a qualified and experienced professional life coach and in my coaching practice I draw on my skills as a Person-centred counsellor to offer a safe, non-judgemental and empathic space for you to explore the next steps in your journey.

My coaching work is grounded in a collaborative, client-led approach, providing a structured and reflective space to help you clarify your goals and take the steps needed to achieve your aspirations.
Together, we will bridge the gap between intention and action, ensuring you stay focused, overcome obstacles, take positive steps forward and build the momentum needed for success.
My private practice runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday and is based in Ashford.
I also offer online sessions via Zoom.
