About Me

Having qualified as a teacher in 1992, I spent the first 30 years of my career working in education, in a variety of settings including schools, colleges, higher education and local government.

In 2022, my growing interest in mental health and wellbeing led me to working in the charity sector, managing a team of practitioners, delivering services for children, families and staff in schools and colleges across Sussex.

Now as a dual-qualified counsellor and life coach, I am uniquely placed to provide mental health and wellbeing services to schools directly.

I bring significant expertise in safeguarding, backed by 14 years of experience managing and responding to complex concerns as a school Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and as an Area Manager for a leading mental health charity.
